Nasoutifard Foundation is currently operating to provide financial and intellectual assistance to the low-income and poor sectors of society. They also empower them to lead a life with dignity, improve life skills and critical thinking of their adolescent and young children, and to promote their health status.
Sustainable Employment
Employment is the most important and fundamental objective of any socioeconomic planning in every country. Development is achieved when all production factors, facilities, and resources within the country are fully utilized. In addition to wasting human resources, unemployment is associated with many economic, social, and political problems. The loss of resources, especially unemployment, turns the transition period into an erosive period which ultimately causes widespread poverty.
Designing and implementing such programs as (1) empowering, (2) learning skills, (3) gaining experience, (4) proving guidance and counseling along with launching and stabilizing economic activities based on the current potentials and familiarity with different business models (household businesses, self-employed businesses, networking, value chain, connection to brands and upstream enterprises, etc.) will lead to the improvement of the production process, steps towards entrepreneurship and economic activities, and growth of small and household businesses.
To recognize its social responsibility and creating sustainable employment, PAYA Group defined the implementation of a guiding plan for people covered by the Nasoutifard Foundation and those looking for jobs as a main plan.
