PAYA Wealth Management Group has been established as an investment company, with full confidence of capability and creativity of its Iranian engineers and experts. The main goals trusted with said experts are to increase the value of the group’s assets, achieve sustainable profit, boost production while developing a steady business cycle, and finally to create jobs for sustainable employment.

While engaging in the capital market, PAYA Group intends to break into the industrial and civil market with a bold yet scientific approach. We will do this by investing in companies with machinery that are operating at less than full potential levels and/or are completely nonfunctional. we also plan on using sound knowledge from product management and project management in order to make both short- and long-term plans to ensure that various projects are of the highest quality in order to bring maximum value and thus satisfaction for the stakeholders.

The key objective for PAYA Group is to create 1000 sustainable jobs until 2029 as well as building a distinguished group of companies that are efficient, and highly productive, to guaranty satisfaction of stakeholders.
